RECIPE FOR A HEALTHY SMOOTHIE
The fun thing about smoothies is that you can create uncountable new recipes. Mix and match with your favorite kind of fruits and veggies to create new flavors. By adding a little bit of protein powder to your smoothie it becomes a great after workout snack. It’s good for your body and it’s healthy to eat different kinds of fruits and veggies. These recipes are perfect for doing just that! I made my smoothie with extra Orange Fit vanilla protein powder – the flavor is great!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE KIND OF SMOOTHIE?

INGREDIENTS:
- 150 grams pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- 40 grams oats
- 100 ml almond milk
- 100 ml water
- 1/2 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp flex seeds
- 1/2 or 1 scoop vanille protein powder
METHOD:
- Remove the skin from the banana and do the same with the pineapple (if necessary).
- Add the fruit, oats, almond milk, water, ginger powder, flex seeds and protein powder to the blender.
- Mix, mix mix.
- Add a little bit more water for a less thick texture.
- ENJOY!
